Gaining water weight

Do you know that most of us retain water each month in our body?  It is true. This can be a very hard challenge to overcome because it is so hard to think about gaining weight with water.  Water weight gain can be a challenge that usually women have to deal with more.  It is something that comes around the menstrual time of the month.

Water weight gain is very common among women.  Some men also have to deal with the pressures of gaining weight with water if they are eating too much salt in their diet.  When a person eats too much food that is covered with salt, they will see that their fingers and their ankles may begin to swell up and this means that they are retaining water.

Usually there is nothing that you can do to stop water weight gain each month.  The one thing that you may be able to try is to take a water pill and see if this helps.  These types of pills are going to be prescribed from a doctor only.  You may want to go and get checked out if you think that you are retaining a lot of water each month.  A common checkup can take care of this concern.

When a woman is going through her menstrual cycle, it is very usual that she will retain water and be very uncomfortable for a few days.  It is something that is going to have to be dealt with because there is nothing that can prevent it from happening.  The main goal is to watch what you eat and make sure that you are keeping your sodium intake down.  You may also want to cut back on the sugar in your diet as well.  This is also going to help keep the water weight gain down.

It is important to flush out your system when you are bloating from water weight gain. You need to make sure that you are drinking plenty of water and eating the right foods to get your system pumped out. You want to eat fresh fruits and vegetables to help keep your system moving in the right direction.  You also want to make sure that you are doing some sort of exercises so that you are letting the blood pump through your body.  You want to stay active so that you do not begin to feel bloated from the water weight gain that you are experiencing.

There are over the counter medications that can also help with water weight and bloating during a woman’s menstrual cycle. These items are going to help with the water bloating and make this time a little less unbearable.
